Terms and Conditions of Sale
Definitions
“The Company”, “We” means Nail Experts University, “The Purchaser” means the Customer and “Goods” means all items or services as offered for sale by the Company
Ownership
It is a condition of all sales that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from the Company until payment is received in full.
Risk
It is a condition of sale that all insurable risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon collection of the goods by the purchaser or on delivery of goods to the purchaser’s delivery address.
Payment
All sales are conducted on a pro-forma basis and no goods shall be dispatched by the Company until payment has been made in full. Payment can be made by Pay pal and all major debit cards and/ or credit cards.
The Company does not store customer credit card details and is never shared with third parties.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days of receipt. The Company cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit.
Refunds
No digital products, such as training courses, subscriptions and e-books, can be returned or subject for a refund.
Owing to the intrinsic characteristics of digital products, our policy strictly prohibits the issuance of refunds once a purchase has been completed. By proceeding with the acquisition of ANY digital product, you hereby acknowledge and consent to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly subscription to the Social Media Post Templates from the “My account” page, or simply by sending an email to hello@nailexpertsuniversity.com
Termination of your subscription must take place 48 hours prior to the commencement of the ensuing billing cycle. Please be advised that any cancellation requests submitted on the date of a scheduled payment will only become effective from the subsequent billing period
Returned Goods
Physical goods that have been ordered in error etc. will be accepted for return within 28 days from date of purchase provided the goods arrive back to us in perfect condition and any seals applied to the goods and packaging are intact.
Delivery
The Company endeavours to dispatch goods within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) from the day they are ordered providing subject to payment being received as above.

UK – 3-5 Business days
Europe – 3-7 Business days
USA / Rest of world – 5-10 Business days
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as third party carriers are used and delays may, therefore, occur beyond the control of the Company.
International Shipments
Every country has different regulations for customs, duty or taxes. The Company sell their products free of sales tax when shipped outside of the United Kingdom. The Customer is responsible for their country’s customs, duty and taxes that may be applied to your order upon delivery.
Charges
Delivery charges are set specific to the product ordered.
Prices
All Prices are those ruling at the time in accordance with the Company’s price list, and are totally exclusive of VAT and/or delivery charges.
By proceeding with purchase of the digital and physical products, you hereby automatically affirm and declare that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and accepted the terms and conditions associated with this product.
It is incumbent upon the Client to ensure that you have diligently read and understood the terms and conditions prior to making the purchase.
Your completion of the transaction will be taken as conclusive evidence of your agreement to the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
