1. Definitions

  • “The Company” or “We”: Nail Experts University.
  • “The Purchaser”: The Customer.
  • “Goods”: All items or services offered for sale by the Company.

2. Ownership

Legal ownership of all goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.


3. Risk

All insurable risk in the goods transfers to the Purchaser upon:

  1. Collection of the goods by the Purchaser, or
  2. Delivery of goods to the Purchaser’s specified delivery address.

4. Payment

  1. All sales are conducted on a pro-forma basis, and no goods will be dispatched until payment is received in full.
  2. Payments are accepted via PayPal, major debit cards, and credit cards.
  3. The Company does not store customer credit card details, nor are they shared with third parties.

5. Claims

  1. Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days of receipt.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from delays in transit.

6. Use of Digital Products

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the digital products and services (“Products”) provided by Nail Experts University. By purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, do not proceed with the purchase.


7. Digital Content and Waiver of Refund Rights

  1. Our Products are digital and are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase, you:
    • Agree to immediate access to the digital content, and
    • Acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  2. Refunds are not provided once the digital content has been purchased and accessed.
  3. This policy ensures the integrity of our digital materials and prevents unauthorized use or distribution.

8. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are not provided for any digital content (including training courses, subscriptions, downloads, templates, and e-books) once the content has been purchased and accessed.
  2. If digital content is defective or does not conform to the description provided, contact us at [hello@nailexpertsuniversity.com] within 7 days of purchase. We will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

9. Cancellation of Subscription

  1. Subscription-based services may be canceled for future billing periods by providing written notice via email to [hello@nailexpertsuniversity.com] at least 72 hours before the next payment date.
  2. Cancellations submitted on the date of a scheduled payment will become effective in the subsequent billing period.
  3. Cancellation will result in the termination of access to all Products, materials, and services associated with the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content provided, including templates, captions, training materials, and designs, remains the property of Nail Experts University.
  2. Purchasers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
  2. Liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the Product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


13. Returned Goods

  1. Physical goods ordered in error may be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided the goods are in perfect condition and any seals on the goods or packaging are intact.

14. Delivery

  1. The Company aims to dispatch goods within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) after payment. Delivery timelines:
    • UK: 3–5 business days
    • Europe: 3–7 business days
    • USA/Rest of World: 5–10 business days
  2. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to delays beyond the Company’s control.

15. International Shipments

  1. The Company sells products free of sales tax when shipped outside the UK.
  2. The Purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty, or taxes applied upon delivery by their country.

17. Charges

  1. Delivery charges are determined based on the specific product ordered and the delivery destination.
  2. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes for international shipments, are the responsibility of the Purchaser and are not included in the delivery charges outlined by the Company.

18. Prices

  1. All prices listed are those prevailing at the time of purchase, as stated in the Company’s official price list.
  2. Prices are exclusive of:
    • Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, and
    • Delivery charges, which are added during the checkout process.
  3. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

By proceeding with the purchase of the digital and physical products, you hereby automatically affirm and declare that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and accepted the terms and conditions associated with this product.

It is incumbent upon the Client to ensure that you have diligently read and understood the terms and conditions prior to making the purchase.

Your completion of the transaction will be taken as conclusive evidence of your agreement to the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
