My personal planner 2017
It’s a New Year, new beginning, new opportunities and a chance to set yourself new goals. For that occasion I’ve prepared for myself “My Personal Planner 2017” and I wanted to share it with you 🙂
I like setting myself realistic goals, (but i dare to dream big too 🙂 )to stay motivated throughout the year.
The personal planner is a very simple, yet very effective tool, which helps to stay focused and disciplined.

I also wanted to give you a quick tip of how I set my goals, not only in my business, but personal life too. It really helps me, so I think you may enjoy that too 🙂
If you’ve never done anything like this before then it’s going to be an eye-opener for you. It definitely was for me at one point in time!
Here’s an example of how goals are set, which I’ve learnt from T. Harv Eker at one of his seminars.
- Step – Clarity – What do you want?
You have to be very clear here ‑ the clearer the better. Decide what you want to do/achieve/get.
- Step – Why – Why do you want it?
What’s it going to change/give/bring that makes you feel good when that happens?
- Step – Why not – Why don’t you have it yet?
What’s the reason? Maybe not enough training, lack of a good coach, not enough knowledge?
- Step – Strategy – Your step-by-step HOW action plan.
What do you have to do step by step to reach your goal? For example – attend a course, find a coach, a group of like-minded people.
- Step – First action – What can you do NOW or by this time tomorrow?
Take action. Take a first, simple step that you can easily do, e.g., search for training, join the group.
- Step – Decide – Make a commitment that you’ll do it, no matter what!
Your subconscious mind will try to trick you into believing that it’s not doable, and will happily try to keep you in your comfort zone, so a strong resolution is essential.
- Step – Reward – Prize yourself.
Once you’ve accomplished a task, give yourself a reward to remain highly motivated.
- Step – Accountability – Have someone check on you.
Find a coach, friend, or colleague, to whom you’ll be accountable. Let him/her check your results and push you hard to better them. This is a crucial part and really important to stay accountable, as if it’s only you and your goal, then…. they’ll slip through the cracks.
This is the strategy I use.
You may use a different one of course, but the point is: set the goal and achieve it, no matter what! 🙂
Start with something small and very easily achievable.
You want to see and make sure that this system works. It does!
Have fun with it.
Stay focused, stay motivated and you’ll do and get what you want in 2017 🙂
Let me know in comments if you’ve done anything like that before. Yes? No? How did it go?
Love,
Ela
