Their smile and a simple “thank you, I love them” can make your day.
You’ve got the satisfaction with the job well done and she can enjoy her pretty nails for a couple of weeks. Perfect win – win situation.
But sometimes things do not work as planned. We may try hard to give our clients the best service and experience but for some reason they’re not happy..
