Terms and Conditions of Sale

Definitions
“The Company”, “We” means Elzbieta Loszczyk Nail Experts University ( Registered in Scotland), “The Purchaser” means the Customer and “Goods” means all items or services as offered for sale by the Company

Ownership
It is a condition of all sales that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from the Company until payment is received in full.

Risk
It is a condition of sale that all insurable risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon collection of the goods by the purchaser or on delivery of goods to the purchaser’s delivery address.

Payment
All sales are conducted on a pro-forma basis and no goods shall be dispatched by the Company until payment has been made in full. Payment can be made by Pay pal and all major debit cards and/ or credit cards.

The Company does not store customer credit card details and are never shared with third parties.

Where payment is being made by cheque no goods shall be dispatched until such time as the cheque has cleared. In the event of a cheque being returned the Company reserves the right to make a charge of £10 for processing.

Claims
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days of receipt. The Company cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit.

Returned Goods
Goods are not offered on a sale or return basis. Goods that have been ordered in error etc will be accepted for return within 28 days from date of purchase provided the goods arrive back to us in perfect condition and any seals applied to the goods are intact.

Delivery
The Company endeavors to dispatch goods on the same day they are ordered providing such order is received by 1 pm and subject to payment being received as above.

Speedy turn around, using Royal Mail as our trusted delivery solution.

UK – 1-3 Business days
Europe – 3-5 Business days
USA / Rest of world – 5-7 Business days

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as third party carriers are used and delays may therefore occur beyond the control of the Company.

International Shipments

Every country has different regulations for customs, duty or taxes. The Company sell their products free of sales tax, when shipped outside of the United Kingdom. The Customer is responsible for their country’s customs, duty and taxes that may be applied to your order upon delivery.

Charges

Delivery charges are set specific to the product ordered.

Prices
All Prices are those ruling at the time in accordance with the Company’s price list, and are totally exclusive of VAT and/or delivery charges.

How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.

We will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.

A Special Note About Children

Children are not eligible to use our web site and services and we ask that minors (under the age of 13) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this site only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.
How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our Web site may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information is never transmitted via email.

We may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

The company does’not store customers card details.

However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.
